The long fermentation and extended less contact accentuated the intense grapefruit, nectarine, guava, and honeydew melon aromas, which are complemented by intense lime and orange-peel flavours with a hint of white chocolate.
Fruit driven and flinty, this beautifully balanced complex wine has an excellent length of flavour and a creamy texture on the palate.
