Under the Sales Act 1979 a consumer is entitled to a refund, replacement repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described. If the consumer has simply changed their mind there is normally no automatic right to return goods.
Refund policy for goods purchased over Internet or Mail Order as follows:
If you change your mind about the purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exhange or credit note. This does not effect your legal rights, including the right to claim a refund, replacement replair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If goods need to be returned postage is the responsibility of the consumer.
